To become a member of the Iron Cardinal Club, players must achieve these goals in the weight room:

• 300 lb Squat
• 185 lb Power Clean
• 315 lb Dead Lift
• 200 lb Bench Press

These athletes have reached these milestones.  The next goal: the 1200 lb club!
